Which video qualities are available?

Vyroli displays the resolutions actually offered by the source video. Common choices include 360p, 720p, 1080p and higher when available.

Can I create an MP3?

Yes. Choose MP3 and select 128, 192 or 320 kbps. You can also keep the original audio format when speed matters most.

How long are files stored?

Completed files are temporary and single-use. The temporary copy is removed after it is delivered to your browser.

Why might a video fail?

Private, deleted, age-restricted, region-restricted or otherwise inaccessible videos may not be available.

Which platforms have dedicated downloaders?

Vyroli has separate pages for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X and Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, SoundCloud, Twitch and Vimeo. Each page validates links for its own platform.

Can I paste any platform link into the YouTube downloader?

No. Use the dedicated platform page. This keeps link validation, format reporting and error messages specific to the source.

Do Facebook and Instagram private posts work?

No. Vyroli does not sign in, request passwords or use your account permissions. Only supported public media can be inspected.

What is the difference between a Twitch Clip and VOD?

A Clip is a short excerpt. A VOD is a recorded broadcast and can be hours long, so its file can be much larger and take longer to transfer.

Why can a Reddit video have no sound?

Reddit may expose video and audio as separate streams. Sound is available only when the public post provides a compatible audio track that can be combined.

Can SoundCloud playlists be downloaded?

No. Use one public track URL at a time. A public playable track may still restrict downloadable media.

Why does a Vimeo embed work elsewhere but fail here?

The owner may restrict playback to approved domains, require a password or expose only account-authorised access.

What am I allowed to download?

Only download content you own, content in the public domain, or content you have permission or a legal right to use.

Helpful things to remember

These answers cover the most common questions about downloading permitted YouTube videos as MP4 files and saving audio as MP3. Available picture quality depends on the original video, so the choices can differ from one link to another.

If a link does not work, confirm that the video is public and available in your location. You can also visit the troubleshooting guide for practical steps covering unavailable videos, interrupted downloads and missing quality options.
